1. Do I need an appointment?

An appointment is not always necessary but is recommended especially during the prom season. Thursday evening and Saturdays can get very busy between January and June and to get the best experience an appointment is more beneficial so time can be devoted to you.

2. About our service – what to expect

Appointments typically last 1 hour to 1½ hours, during which we will offer you advice on styles and colours that will best suit your colouring and shape so you are sure to find your perfect dress.

We have such a wide array of styles that you are certain to find that dress that makes you feel a million dollars!

Once you have looked through the dresses you can then start to try some different styles and colours to get an idea of what you like and what suits you.

3. What happens when you have chosen your prom dress or evening dress?

If we have the style, size and colour in stock then you can purchase that dress. If you wish you can leave it with us to look after with a 50% deposit. If we need to order in your style then we will check stocks with the supplier and take a 50% deposit. Refunds cannot be given once an order has been placed.
